Vikki came as minister at RBC in July 2015 alongside her husband, Ian who is Minister, Team Leader.
Vikki was born and grew up in Torquay, Devon before going with Ian to train for ministry at Mattersey Hall Bible College in 1987. They got married a year later and graduated in 1990 where they took up ministry at Mexborough Baptist Church in Yorkshire.
Their children, David and Rebecca, were born in Yorkshire and during their time in ministry they have also lived in Tamworth, Staffordshire before moving to Norfolk where Ian was part of the Eastern Baptist Association Regional Ministry Team. During this time Vikki worked administratively for both the Association and the East Anglia Methodist Circuit.
In 2007 they moved to Didcot, Oxfordshire where Vikki became part of the Ministries Team of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and during this time she was also actively involved at Fleet Meadow Baptist Church.
